Where the hinges actually live

The pin, and why it matters

Lifting a door away without it can damage the appliance, and a door put back slightly wrong affects how the oven performs afterwards. Wolf recommends a technician does the removal, which on a door of that mass reads as sensible rather than protective.
The M Series door is a different animal
A contemporary M Series door has no handle: it is pressed to open, and the soft mechanism carries it to fully open with no position in between. Its window is three panes — one in the door, plus a two-pane glass pack behind that is not sold separately. Condensation between them is an assembly conversation, not a pane conversation.
Leave the seal alone
The gas range guide is plain about this: do not clean the oven gasket, because rubbing or moving it can compromise the door seal. A soot line along one edge is evidence, not dirt. Clean the frame around it and stop.
Salt gets to the hardware first
